So pissed off; ear ache, mouth ulcers, swollen glands & everything aches

I have otitis externa, a large nasty ulcer on the side of my tongue - the gland in my neck is large enough to see from across the room and nearly a handful; my everything aches

I saw the doctor on Thursday & got coamoxyclav (7 days)

I saw the doctor yesterday as I felt worse - who said wait for the anti-biotics to work & I might have a virus too

I've missed loads of time off work & I feel awful

Sounds like when I had my wisdom teeth growing, have u been to see a dentist?

Aren't I a little old for that at 45

Saw the dentist last Tuesday

Sorry - I'll see if I can go & see him again

I just feel almost like flu

Finished the ABs today; still having ear, tongue & neck problems

& feeling down

it sounds terrible. Please try not to worry about work. It sounds like you might have a concurrent infection and virus. If you really begin feeling I'll again, back to GP, I'd say. In the meantime, rest,rest, fluids, and paracetamol.

I know but when you are the boss - it's hard

But I've tried to have a quiet week & at least Saturday will be quiet
