Terrible patient. Denial anything could be wrong. It hurts though.

Either pancreatitis or hernia.

I have had these symptoms before, saw the doctor, nothing was done just wait and see and eventually it went away.

I don't think it is anything as drastic as the above. I suggest it is something small like stomach acid issues but it really blinking hurts when I bend forward so shoe removal or putting them on really hurts.

Any advice please as I really hate the stress of trying to book an appointment but hate more the wasting the doctor's time.

Advice? Yes, Dr Google is awful at diagnosis!

I've self-diagnosed everything at some point or another (including pancreatitis), the reality was always generally less dramatic.

If you want an accurate diagnosis you need to see a proper GP.
