Is this the start of the menopause?

I haven't had a period for twelve weeks. I'm defiantly not pregnant. I've not had any other symptoms ie hot flushes or mood swings but I am 41 so is it possible? We would like to try to have another DC. Do you think it would be worth me going to see the GP? Periods been regular until now, only time they weren't was after having our DD last March (2012).

41 is young but quite possible. I think you should go to the GP.

Gp can do a Thyroid function blood test and and FSH blood test for the latter 2, if you are deinitely not pregnant.
