Low INR levels/unexplained bruising/uncontrollable menstrual bleed

Do all these go together?
What do low INR levels mean?

I'm losing serious blood - 100ml a day (mooncup user). Have been since November on and off. GP thus far just keeps sending me for urgent blood tests (which show low INR) - unfortunately receptionists interpretation of urgent is approx 3 week wait each time.

Finally tomorrow I'm seeing GP to discuss referral to gynae...

Iron? I presumed because you are losing so much blood. It will eventually cause anaemia.
