Does anyone want to take a stab at what this could be...
It's a sweeping pain that goes across stomach and it feels completely empty, like when you"re so hungry you can almost feel acid eating away at it - even when im not hungry. It is quite painful. Also had a pain all day yesterday on my lower back on the right which has gone today.
When i was pregnant i had severe heartburn in my upper body near throat and it almost feels like severe heartburn but low down in my stomach?
Is it a stomach ulcer?! Im scared!
