You dear lovely people with Rheumatoid Arthritis...Please help me with my dad...and tell me what it is like ???

I have been looking after him for 4 years now ..but he has been diagnosed ?6/7 years ago . At appointments he says he is fine.(sooooo not true !!)..no other pain and stuff...but tonight he is in bed in agony . We have an appointment on Thursday (pre booked) with the nurse ...6 monthly thing

His 2 monthly bloods are coming back ok ...do you think this heat affects you and him ??

Dr Google is not helping me in how weather affects it ??

Sorry ..I know an RA thread had been opened but just can't find it !!

The hot weather makes my joints swell which makes them ache more. Is he stable on medication? He might need a change...? Sometimes people have RA have stable bloods but still have active disease.

Thanks crashdoll.....I think he has been a bit silly and going out in the midday sun and stuff on his mobility scooter!

He say he feels a bit better today .
