There was one a few months ago with a list of things you could do to bring your age down like flossing and getting enough sleep. I can't find it in archives, any offers anyone? Thanks

Grin ha ha, I failed at the first two questions:- weight & height but not in foot and inches. Definately old cos I cant convert from old to new, problem solved.

there was a quiz thing on the tv last year about this and i was biologically one month younger than my real age.:) (i was happy with that the amount of abuse by body takes)

ShowOfHands · 04/06/2006 15:55

Biologically, I'm 17 apparently.

Thank goodness that's not true in rl.

suzywong · 04/06/2006 16:00

No No not that one, that made me a year older.

Where's the one that was on MN? It had a question about flossing teeth?

Dear God - please tell me that link was weighted to get me to buy their products! It said my bio age was 45 and I'm only 47!! eeeek, I mean, I know I do no exercise, but really. I'm depressed now. Which will age me further.

wilbur · 04/06/2006 16:13

I'm only 37, 37, 37. My mind is going too, I am ancient, aaaaargh.

nicnack2 · 04/06/2006 16:15

omg rl age 36 test said i was 44Sad have just had ds2 and did run/walk a 10k race yeaterday. Feeling better within myself already :)

Riddo · 04/06/2006 16:48

I'm 40 and test said 46. Better get that exercise bike which I've been considering!

FrannyandZooey · 04/06/2006 16:55

I think \link{http://www.realage.com/\this one} is the best, very thorough indeed

(and I am only 32 on there despite 15 years of heavy smoking and drinking HA HA :o)

Feistybird · 04/06/2006 20:41

See ? I feel I've done you all a good turn.

chapsmum · 04/06/2006 21:09

25, test said 16.25!!!!!!!!!!!

Riddo · 05/06/2006 10:48

Thank you F&Z. Yours says I'm 3 months older than my real age. Much much better Smile

singersgirl · 05/06/2006 11:09

Oh, why am I mad enough to do these things? The RL one gave me a biological age of 3 years older than I am, but then spouted some nonsense about how I probably look and feel older than most people my age. Well, in fact, know-all questionnaire, most people think I am 7 or 8 years younger than my actual age. So boo sucks.

Though I concede that not exercising probably has something to do with it.

psychomum5 · 05/06/2006 11:28

:(:(:(

did the long one and it said I am 43, but my real age is 33.....10 yrs olderShock:(

altho.......

then did the short test and it said I am the right age for age[confused emotion!]

so......all tis a pile of pantsGrin

expatinscotland · 05/06/2006 11:35

eat right, exercise, die anyway.

those things are all a load of b*ll&cks.

live your life day to day as you see fit, enjoying as many moments as possible.

bright blessings, peeps! :)

hotmama · 05/06/2006 11:40

I'm 39 and the test said 36 Smile Which is quite good considering I'm overweight, always on a diet and wake up numerous times during the night to feed dd2!

suzywong · 05/06/2006 12:02

nope, don't like that one either, was doing well at 18 months younger then it all suddenly went tits up and put me at 41!!!!
