Piles - yuk

Had them since last baby's birth 3 1/2 years ago, to be honest haven't done much to get rid of them, but they are starting to hurt. I know it's not very glam, but any suggestions?

Witch hazel really helps. Get some of those round cotton pads and really soak it down. I have also been known to literally sit on an ice pack
