No, but used it to stop one. It stopped the bleeding within about 24 hours, then I kept taking it for a week - had another bleed when I stopped.

I haven't, but my sister has. You do need to know when you're due, so you can start it in advance (but I might be corrected on that).

I have done when my period was due at the start of our summer holiday.

Worked really well. IIRC I had to start taking it a few days before my period was due, took it for the 2 weeks we were away and then within a couple of days of stopping taking it my period arrived.
