toenails

how on earth do you persude a 3 yo to have her toenails cut, i've tried everything today, bribey not worked.
i have tried doing it whilst she's asleep but she keeps moving her feet!
any suggestions welcome!

i promise to paint them whatever colour dd likes when ive finished

she has her own little makeup bag with a few shades of pink and blue and silver in it

they are not gaudy before i get lynched btw
