Morning - sorry to have to ask.
I've had lower back pain over the weekend - not muscular but painful on both sides, although more on the right than on the left.
Woke up at 4pm this morning with diarrhoea, have to keep dashing to the loo. Don't feel great but not desperately ill - still have my appetite etc.
Any suggestions folks - it's the back pain that's unusual really.
