smely poo and high temp

10 month old had mince last night that i had cooked and frozen previously. not she has smelly poo. not diorheaa though, and a high temp. she also has teeth coming through.

temp was 37.8

any ideas?

she is at childminders today, should i pick her up. she is well in herself though.

I think it's probably teeth. When my dd was teething her temp was high and she had smelly nappies.
