I started taking desogestrel about 20 days ago, prescribed as I am breastfeeding DS2 (11 weeks old). For the last week i've been feeling low, anxious, angry, tearful, exhausted and headachey. Plus my libido has disappeared completely. All maybe normal for someone with a young baby and a toddler, but I was pretty happy and on an even keel until this week. I suspect that the pill is responsible so I'm going to stop taking it as of today. Anyone know how long it is likely to take before I'm back to normal?
Fecking pills, I knew I didn't want to use hormonal contraceptives for a reason!
