Owwwwwww it hurts, what could it be please!

For the last few nights ive felt queasy (only after eating tea though) but as of last night it feels like someones jumped on my stomach and also my lower back hurts too, seems to be a little more on the right side and down towards the top of my hip bone thingy. Any ideas?

I want to go shopping today grrrr so need it to go away!

Not in my wee! Would think it was the start/end of a period if i was due on or had just been on. But im not!
