Would you worry about intermittent but constant for last month severe stabbing pains in the same place in your temple?

I have always suffered from migraines but for the past month I've had sudden pains in my head about 20 or more times a day. They come on with no warning and are so severe they make me feel like I'm going to be sick and I can't see anything whilst it happens they last up to 30 seconds and then go but are always in the same spot on the right side of my temple. Is this just typical migraine stuff or should I see gp?

I think you'd be best to go see the GP when it is a sudden change in your syptoms, even if you are used to migraines. Changes can be hormone related, or it could be something like needing an eye test - you could try going to see the optician first, they test for all kind of things these days.

I've always had this since I was about 16, at first it was put down to stress by the doctor but I've had it happen all the time for the last 20 odd years. I also get the same severe stabbing pains all over my body in random places.
