Just after a bit of advice. Ds (4) had his mmr yesterday morning, this morning he woke up very hot and complaining of being unwell. He hasn't been himself all day and now he is asleep his hair is literally dripping with sweat but he feels cold and clammy. A friend has said it wouldn't be side effects of the mmr as they wouldn't show up yet, but he was fine before. Do I need to take him back to the doc's to get him checked over? Is this something I should be concerned about? Thank you.
