Green poo - 2.8 year old

Sorry for yukky description but ds2 has been producing green thin poos for 2 weeks now. He does not seem under the weather, although his excema has flaired, which suggests something is amis. It is not every day - some days everything is nice and brown and normal - but other days we are several times a day and decidedly spinachy! (Which he does not eat. In fact doesn't like greens at all)

any suggestions

Thanks

is it stinky? if so could be allergy - esp if eczema has flared up at same time. Has his diet changed?

Thanks Sibdoms

Things seem calmer today and the excema has disappeared. It is a sure fire indicator that he is unwell, flairing to internal symptoms rather than anything external. It may have been his last tooth having another go at getting through. Calpol seemed to cheer him up and the symptoms have now disappeared.
