Bleeding but no periods due to hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy last August, womb and both ovaries taken out.

A couple of times this week I have had bloody mucous when I had been to the toilet . And once onto my pants.

I will go to the dr. But does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Do you still have your cervix? Because one common cause of irregular bleeding is cervical polyps (which are almost invariably benign).

Oh you know, that could be it!
I'm on HRT and excessive eostrogen can be a cause.
