Wart removal

Hi

My daughter has developed a number of small warts on her first finger and as she sucks her thumb I'm worried they're going to spread to her face.

I've tried off the shelf products but because the warts are so small I can't avoid getting the gel onto her skin and it seems to really hurt her.

Anyone any alternatives?

Thanks - I haven't contacted my gp yet - didn't know they could be burned off instantly.
