I'm planning on trying for a baby in September and for the last 4 months been dieting and exercising like a nutter with no real results, completely frustrating when I have never been this motivated EVER! So I'm going to try intermittant fasting! The 5/2 dirt as its called. Has anyone had any real results from it combined with exercise? I'm 92kg and need to lose a good 25 kg in 4 months :-(
