Mental health takes a dive after even very mild ailments

Wondered if anyone else experiences similar feelings? Even a very mild cold or virus and I feel really down afterwards.

Yep I get this. I had a horrid virus that last ages during January and February, and developed awful health anxiety as a result. I have just been and got some ADs from my GP because the anxiety is dreadful and my mood just hasn't picked up.

Could you go and talk to your Dr?
