burning pain in shoulder

have posted in pregnancy too but maybe some one here could help?
i'm nearly 26 wks pg and for the last 10 days or so, i have been suffering from a burning pain in my right shoulder, close to the vertebrae. it seems to get worse as the day goes on. it cant be cos of my sleeping as i go to sleep on my left and invariably wake up on my back! it couldnt be preg related could it

any ideas? it hurts!!!!a lot!!!

olivio, I think you should probably make an appt to see your dr, have you been feeling short of breath, coughing anything up etc?
It could just be muscular however posibley be something as serious as a chest infection or even a blood clot. Dont want to alarm you but if you are having any other symptoms I would urge you to see your gp or ring NHS 24 for advice
