where can you get it from? read an article in the times yesterday, but it didn't tell you where to buy or how you take it - tablets or drink it, anyone know?

you can buy it in Superdrug, Boots, healthfood shops. It is usually with the vitamins and is in tablet for. might be available as a liquid, but I have only every seen tab form. Various prices too!

I always buy the Bioforce liquid one, in any healthshop. It's very good.
