I'm late 40's and whilst my periods are still regular things are starting to change. I now get spotting around mid month, and I also get moody, clumsy, snappy and generally very PMT-ish around then too. Which of course hangs around long enough to take me up to 'real' PMT. So I'm grumpy for at least 2 full weeks out of 4 at the mo. Already on anti-depressants, I exercise, eat ok, wondering what else I can do to ease myself through the next few years.
