A good bra!

How long since you stopped feeding?

tyedye · 10/05/2006 10:38

It took nearly a year for my boobs to firm up after dd No 1,then 7 years later i had two more babies and breastfed for a combined ,further four and a half years,am still feeding dd aged 2,dreading what will happen when istop this time!Gravity and advancing middle age, maybe i will resort to 2 buckets and a yard rope!Grin

I'm actually still feeding dd3 but wondered if there was any super duper cream or anything which would help firm them up a bit & make them look less dry & wrinkled!

It took at least a couple of years for mine to return to "normal" after DS2... And I use the term "normal" fairly loosely.

geissi · 10/05/2006 12:57

i agree with soupdragon
a good supportive bra and if you get the chance go swimming once or twice a week
i didnt breastfeed but used to have saggy boobs
i use uderwired and padded bras all the time now to keep them up,dont ask how,but somehow your skin will adjust as old skin cells die and new ones grow
not wearing a bra or a loose fittet one allowes the skin to strech wich causes the boobs to sag.
and massage them,or even better get hubby to do it, with pure aloe vera £5 holland and barret helps to build new skin cells also reduces strech marks. thats what i did anyway and mine are lovely and firm now much better then when i was 18. hope i am not going on to much and was a bit of help. KEEP THEM UP GIRLS dont give up it will take a while but you will get there

Im only just starting to like mine again and ds2 is just 2 years old. A good bra can work miracles.

Heartmum2Jamie · 10/05/2006 13:25

Hmmm, still breastfeeding ds2 who is almost 2. Guess I had better get used to the inevitable then!
