Itching

I have very bad itching just inside my lips (sorry tmi) there is no discharge or anything so don't know why i'm itching, the itching gets so bad that i've caused some itch bumps down there, does anyone know what it could be?

thrush? .. although that's usually inside the vagina as well

I'd get it checked out with the doctor it could be nothing but could also need some treatment
