Can any one tell me what this is?

For the past few months I've started to get pain in my lower abdo about two week before af is due. It continuously gets worse until the bugger arrives, I bleed heavily for 2 days and it tapers off...all to start again two week later :(

I was fine until I had dd a year ago, never had period pains or anything so this is new to me
