My sinuses are full of green crap and my tea is bland

This happens every time I get a cold. A cup of tea has been my treasure and my treat since I quit smoking. It's not fair that I can't taste it.

Can you brew your tea for longer? I don't like it overbrewed myself.

Peppermint tea might clear those nostrils.
A nice Olbas in the sink and a towel before your usual tea?
