Hi all, picked up my first heavy cold this winter :( I'm suffering with really painful sinuses.
Due to having high blood pressure and being on meds, I'm not allowed any cold remedies due to something in the active ingredient to treat decongestant.
Am currently using olbas oil, but does anyone have any other suggestions?
