Took sleeping tablets last night - still can't face the world - would it be ok to take them during the day?

No. Please ring your GP instead and ask for an emergency appointment to discuss how you are feeling at the moment.

They can help you.

Please don't. Please ring someone, I second your GP but if not then ring the Samaritans.

Lucyellensmum95 · 07/03/2013 09:58

Samaritans then?

MerryMingeWhingesAgain · 07/03/2013 10:04

Do you have a contact from the local mental health team? Or ask the GP receptionist for their number?

If not, ring back and tell them you are sorry they are busy but it is an emergency and you need an appointment.

I'm on 10 mg citalopram and I'm surprised how much it does for me .
But the first few days were a bit stressful .
Yes talk to GP about more treatment .
