Tmi d & v related so only read if you've got a strong stomach

I've picked up a d & v bug. I'm trying not to be baby about it but I have had 11 episodes of diarrhoea and 2 of vomiting in the last 90 minutes. I am in so much pain and breathless. Is the normal? Is there anything I can do?

Call the NHS helpline - breathlessness doesn't sound good.

Any blood in the stool? If yes doctor ASAP.

It's reddy orange sorry tmi. DS had this 4 days ago but nowhere near as bad as this.
