Thinking again about having one. Last year I got as far as a consultation and bottled out. Two huge pregnancies and two lots of abdominal surgery have left me with an v. big and unattactive over hang!!!
Tried dieting and it comes off every where else. I'm a completly lazy mare except for lots of swimming and this doesn't seem to help at all.
So is it a quick fix? does it last? What are the results like. can any one tell me?

theres only one way to get the gut down,

burn more than you consume, work that ass and eat a low fat caloried diet.

we dont choose where we lose weight so you need to exericse that woek on particular parts f your body so im afraid the dreaded stomach crunchies are a must.

after birth, i just constantly tensed my tummy muscles all day and held them in with my back staright - immediate flatter tummy. it has actually helped tone it.

my dd is 10 mths and i weigh less than before pregnant but i am very untoned and my tummy has gone down but is a bit saggy. i keep telling myself i'll join the gym next month.

i dont think i would consider surgery for a bit of flab but if youhave tried everything else and you have the money , then why not!

i def think exercise before and during pregnancy speeds up the returning to your shape. i've always been fit and rode my bike often, during pregnancy i done antenatal yoga from 4 months until the end. i did also breastfeed for 8 months (which i think really helped as i ate what i wanted) but then again you should sit whats its done to my boobies

now though im so unfit and wobbly.... i must get down that gym... when i find time... maybe when my dd leaves home?!?!
