i have a problem with my neck and spine. it flares up. i saw some of my notes last year when persuing a claim for a car crash and apparently i have cervical spondysis (excuse my spelling). i usually take codeine and anti inflamartries when it gets really bad, but have been coping with paracetamol for a while. It affects my arms and fingers, its like they are really heavey, and them i cant flex my fingers so well. i have had tests for arthitis and they came back clear. days like today are getting more comman. tho at one point, when dd2 was younger i culdnt lift her up at all. my gp's respose was 'well dont lift her' she was about a year old at the time.
