Seem to have slept awkwardly and have a really stiff neck. Can't turn my head to the right and can't hold my head straight - it seems to be off at an angle - bizzarre!
Did something similar some time ago and went to the chiropractor to get it sorted. Can't face it this time as it cost too much and I don't think dh medical insurance covers multiple claims. Chiropractor also hurt!
Hoping it will get better on it's own and quickly. Anyone got any tips?
