Any doctors that could help "translate" what angiotropho neurosis is please?

I've been tasked with editing a biography which has been written by someone whose first language isn't English. She has mentioned several medical conditions, referring to them by their proper name (eg. Cholecystitis which I've bracketed as being inflammation of the gallbladder) but I'm struggling to find a more common term for angiotropho neurosis (she actually spelt it angeotrophoneurosis - not sure if she's spelt it correctly and I've re-spelt it incorrectly).

So what is angiotropho neurosis of lower extremities?

I'm guessing hypertension as it can cause extreme anxiety leading perhaps to neurosis (not a commonly used term)

And a mistake with angiotropho. Meaning angiotrofin.

What era is the biography about? Early 20th century? And are you translating from German? If so I'd guess causalgia, which is nowadays generally known as complex regional pain syndrome.
