Tips for managing eczema in skin folds of 5m dd's neck

....it's really hard to clean, dry and cream her neck.

Anyone got any tactics for this? When we're really struggling to get at her neck I have been known to pinch her nostrils closed. This makes open her mouth to breathe and stick her chin in the air - that's when i smother her neck in cream!

with ours I used to lay them on the floor, hold something that they really liked above their head (not face cos that doesn't work as DH found out!!)then as they stretched to look for it I got a clear run at the folds,

This works untill they get wise to it or they just rolled over and crawled after it!
