Mirena coil and heart palpitations

I've been getting heart palpitations on and off for a few weeks but they're non-stop today. I have a GP appointment later. Could it be linked to the mirena coil? I've had it in nearly a year and noticed symptoms like cramping, breast soreness worsening lately. I just feel so shit! Help!!!

Been to the GP and have to have a heart trace and blood tests on Thursday morning. Does anyone else suffer with palpitations on the mirena coil though? I think I want it taken out now.

Hi I’ve had the merina coil for around 6months now getting in removed tomorrow thank goodness!! I’ve been getting daily palpitations with it too or that’s what I think is causing it I’m on the list for ECG & holter monitor for feb I’ve also been getting the worst back pain ever! Did you find out what was causing the heart palpitations?
