I've lost my taste for wine since the flu

Hi i know this is not life threatening or serious like a lot of people's posts here but since i had the flu and norovirus at New year, i haven't liked the taste of red wine - its two and half months on now since i've touched any wine and its not like me at all :) I don't like the taste of it as it hits the back of my throat it tastes bitter and horrible.

What can this be? is it a sinus thing or what? as i have had a kind of achy-ness in my eyes and aches in my neck and shoulders and am waking up with a headache that goes away as the day goes on. It cant be bad not drinking but i would like to enjoy a glass or two at night....
Any ideas anyone??

Viruses like the flu and sinys infections can definitely alter your sense of smell and taste for a while afterwards. Usually it just improves with time.

(Could you be pregnant?)
