Not always, no. I have spelt in the bathroom before when I had a very bad stomach!
Can you put old towel down, and sleep on that? That might give you the peace of mind to be able to sleep?

Good idea. Will do that. At least ive learnt to spell it with all the googling I've been doing.

Make sure your bedroom floor is clear, so that if you have to do a mad dash to the loo you don't break your neck... And feel better!
