Wtf is going on!?...sorry if tmi but tingling nipple :$

For the past 2 nights my left nipple has felt like pins and needles and when I prod it and squeeze a drop of cream fluid comes out of the nipple.
I only bf ds2 for 3 months and that was 4 years ago! So it can't be milk...can it?
Should I go to the gp or will they think I am being silly?
Am on my period ATM btw if that could be relevant?

I think you have an infection or thrush - I'd get it checked soon!
