Has anyone undergone this little op ( she says hopefully) only my hospital app arrived today. I am not sure of the exact procedure involved. Will i be able to walk out of the hospital afterwards without people knowing i've had a op on my bottom Grin Any advice is welcome . Thanks.

OK
I'll admit to this after having dd 12 years ago. Didn't need it after ds though.

I was an outpatient- went in at lunch time, put to sleep and woke up when it was all over. Rested in recovery and an eye kept on me till I WALKED out about 6.30. So no-one will know unless you tell them- and I just have :)

Was dopey the next day and scared to go to the bathroom in case my bottom fell off!(see how polite I can be) When the time came( now I'm embarassed) everything happened ahem naturally. Didn't notice anything falling off.

Okay TMI for now. Just shows what folks on mn now know that close friends don't!

My db just had this done and he said it was a breeze,he didn't even have an anaesthetic!

Don't know much else ,but I'll whisper that I'll probably need to have it done too if I can summon the courage up to go to the gp Blush
