I know this is s long shot but can anyone in the Poole, Dorset area recommend a child friendly, NHS dentist (preferably with a surgery carpark!) It's a lot to ask I know.....

If we meet in the cafe we can walk over to the playground after a cup of tea? Whereas if we arrange to meet in the playground and it is raining then we will get wet. I vote for the cafe... but then I always do!

bunny2 · 19/01/2004 19:25

Me too! The cafe at 11.00 sounds good. How do I recognise you? Do you wear green? I'm a dead ringer for JLo so am easy to spot.

KP, Starry, how about you?

Kittypickle · 19/01/2004 19:32

The cafe definitely gets my vote, but if I have a cake please don't tell Beccarollover, I'll get into trouble on the losing weight thread ! I have red hair and a long black coat and will be pushing a baby with a mop of dark hair. Bunny2, I will have to sit down the other end of the room if you really look like JLo!

Becca, there is no escape from you!

Only joking - eat it and enjoy but then a light tea OK?!!!

bunny2 · 19/01/2004 19:38

KP, look for a bad-tempered Pauline Quirk look-a-like, that'll be me

bunny2 · 19/01/2004 19:39

ps, you can share my cake, I have an appetite like a sparrow!

Kittypickle · 19/01/2004 19:44

Thanks Bunny2 - Becca, close your eyes - it won't count if I share it!

starry · 19/01/2004 19:45

I'm a Britney look-a-like so i'll be in a pink cheer leaders uniform with my hair in bunches
pushing DS1 in a blue buggy with an over excited DS2 running along side

I was definately joking about being a Britney look-a-like - just a slightly harrassed, stressed, trying to look chilled out mother of 2.

I may be a bit smelly though as i'll be coming straight from the gym so I won't be offended if nobody wants to sit near me

The gym... very impressed. Are you very fit and toned?

Kittypickle · 19/01/2004 20:12

How old are your little ones ? I've got DS who's 18 weeks. DD will be at school.

bunny2 · 19/01/2004 20:27

I have ds, 3.7 and gorgeous

Oakmaiden · 19/01/2004 20:35

Um, I'm shortish, rather "well rounded" with long brown hair - probably in a plait. I will probably be wearing jeans and a hairy jumper unles my baby is sick onit, and I have to change. It is a blue jumper. And I will be accompanied by my baby, who is currently 13 weeks. She will be easy to recognise - just head for the prettiest baby in the room!

starry · 20/01/2004 13:05

bunny2 - fit and toned? I proberly would be if I spent more time actually exercising instead of reading the paper in the gym lounge

I have ds1 3.9 yrs and ds2 21 months.

Hello. I'm back with absolutely no tan at all. So, dont be looking for a bronzed godess on Friday or you'll pass me right by. What will the weather be like, anyone?

Kittypickle · 27/01/2004 11:03

This and the Southampton meet up threads are getting all confused, we've now got 3 going on the same subject. See www.mumsnet.com/Talk?rn=95168&topicid=9&threadid=17367&redir=x95168
