Hi I have had 3 csections and my stomach muscles separated and there was a Small hernia. A week ago I had this repaired they went through the c sections scar and stitched up my stomach muscles and put mesh in . I have a 18 month old boy who is fairly solid and I am not lifting him but doing general household duties but just at my pace and not overdoing it. I am not sure whether I can push my little boy in the pram to and from school. My husband and friends did the school run this week but I have been in all week because of the snow and can't wait to do bit of walking. Any advice or website to look at on what I can and can't do?
