I suffered with Anorexia from aged 13 - 40. I am currently well & see a psychiatrist for treatment of depression. I am at a healthy weight now aged 42 but the last 3 bone density scans I have had have shown my density worsening. I take calcium & vitamin D. My Dr had referred me to a specialist & he had prescribed me Fosamax. I am in Australia so I'm not sure if it's the same in the UK. Does anyone take this medication? What are the side effects like? .
