Ganglion v close to the main artery in my wrist

I went for ultrasound on my wrist hte other day because I have a ganglion on my wrist as well as carpal tunnel syndrome causing numbness in my hand. ANyway the ganglion is extremely close to the main artery - occasionally I feel sick/weird for no reason. Could this be the cause?

could it be putting pressure on ur artery at all? am not in the least nedical but had a ganglion on my wrist for a long time. Got lots of comments about hitting it with a bible whatever that means. mine went on its own but wasn't nr a vein/artery

sorry for useless post!
