If you miss a dose do you get any symptoms?

From about 3pm I have been feeling crushing tiredness. Really fighting to stay awake.

Just realized I forgot to take my daily dose of bb (80mg SR) this morning. Presc for migraine prevention.

I always thought taking them made you tired not the other way round. But actually now I am used to the dose I feel great.

Wondered if this was the onset of a migraine, but a quick Google showed a couple of results saying missing dose can lower blood pressure which seems counter intuitive.

Anyone got any experience? Not worried, just curious really.

I take 80mg per day for a tremor and don't notice any odd symptoms if I miss a few days. Generally don't take it if I'm not working as the tremor doesn't bother me.

Thanks. Maybe it's something else then. Feel a bit brighter now, but it was the kind of crushing tiredness I usually get before I migraine, but haven't got one.

Hmmm no. I used to take them for anxiety and if I didn't would feel hyped. They made me drowsy (took them at night) and gave me vivid dreams though.

I think its a migraine. My eyebrow has started to twitch so going to get myself off to sleep pronto and hope its passed by morning.

Oh the dreams, yes they can be quite weird. I was in a game show the other night being chased by people in brightly coloured rubber bodysuits - but still better than the daily headaches and weekly migraine.
