I'm run down. I'm exercising, getting fresh air, not drinking or partying, eating quite well. But I'm still looking and feeling pants Sad
. I've got a massive cold sore, the skin on my face is just awful.
Any ideas please?

Tia

Hi. I use floradix. It's a natural liquid iron supplement you get from holland and barrat. I give it to all of my family after illness or when they are run down.

It never fails to perk you up, honestly!! It tastes okay too. Not lovely though Smile

Are you sure though that you're not ill?

Gigondas · 16/01/2013 09:03

Another vote for floradix but I would see a dr to check there is no underlying cause.

mckenzie · 16/01/2013 09:07

Thanks guys. I'll get some floradix today.

Vital Greens! Pricey but awesome!!

also if you are looking for iron supplements to boost your hemoglobin try molasses. low hemoglobin will make you tired, feeling of run down etc. you can buy molasses from tesco for just around 1 pound

Thanks for the extra posts.
I bought the floradix before I saw them though.
I'll try this for the next 4 weeks and see if it makes a difference.

thanks HW. MrsB - I was expecting the taste to be awful but it was actually ok. And you only need 10ml at a time.
HW - is the '30 mins before breakfast and dinner bit very important do you think. I think in yhe morning that's going to be hard to achieve.
