PG after mastitis, fistula, scarring. Likely to cause probs bf-ing on that boob?

I had mastitis pretty badly three years ago when bf-ing DS. Left a scar after fistula developed and needed to be drained (for weeks!) and definitely meant that boob was less productive (I kept feeling for another year, when I expressed with double pump always got 10-20% less from that side).

Slightly concerned now I'm PG again that the ducts in that boob which now terminate without reaching the nipple are going to get blocked right from the start. In terms of the early pregnancy sore boob symptom it is rock hard when DS cries (even when I know he's just having a whinge) and doesn't go down quickly like the other one.

Has anyone had this? Any signs to watch out for? Obv I will mention at first MW appointment but wanted to cast widely for experiences first. Ta

No experience of this but I do know that there is absolutely no problem in exclusively breastfeeding from one breast as I know someone who does this.
