Been spotting for days.. any ideas what it could be? TMI

A few days ago I had pink discharge, but only when I wiped myself so I though AF might have come early. Its been on off, sometimes its just pink discharge and others (like Sunday) I had to wear a bit because I was spotting, enough for me to need to wear something but not enough for it to be a period.
Now its stopped and I've gone back to having pink discharge. I don't think its my period because not only am I not due on yet but my periods start off very heavy. I've been on antibiotics over Christmas and I was wondering if that maybe had anything to do with it?

Is it possible you're PG? Have you get a test handy? I would POAS if I were you.

Don't want to be negative, some bleeding in early PG can be completely OK and nothing to worry about but I spotted for about a week before the proper bleeding of a miscarriage started.
