Can you get little ball lumps on your lady?

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 14:54

can't be bothered changing my name, otherwise i would...

Is it normal to find a circular lump like a pea on your tuppeny, don't answer like boyf did and say it's your clitorus babe.

Just curious as i've never had one before and don't really feel like going over the top running and screaming to the doctors.

Any experience much appreciated. Cheers.

Sorry to be gross FF and ask TMI but whereabouts are the lumps?

Not that this would make any difference to my advise, as i haven't got the faintest idea but someone might.

PandaG · 19/04/2006 14:56

I had one - gp said it was a blocked duct, nothing to worry about, blockage shifted on its own in time. Warm baths helped I think. Smile

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 14:58

hmmm, its at the bottom of the entrance

its under the skin, if that makes sense.

like a pea in a rubber glove

Sorry but pea in a rubber glove made me LOL :)
Maybe a blocked duct as PandaG mentioned

Would a duct move about?

Sory if this is tmi, i just cant get an appointment for a bit and would like to know if i'm in big trouble below.

Can i at least use it as an excuse to go back to bed, pleanty of eastereggs to throw at kids so they leave me alone.

OP posts:
Esmummy · 19/04/2006 15:08

Not sure a duct would move about FF but a cyst very possibly would.
Great idea to hop into bed with easter eggs

I hope you get to go to the doc's ASAP.

suzywong · 19/04/2006 15:09

oh god you did trim your lady in the bath after all!

That is your Bartolins gland and it provide the lubrication. If it doesn't go away in a week go and see the doc, and take him some flowers first if he's going to be prodding around down there.

noddyholder · 19/04/2006 15:10

Go to the docs anyway better to be sure

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 15:11

I don't really need to go back to bed, i'm just a lazy whore so i am. Thanks for your help, it will be a cyst, glad other people have had them. I can now go on with my day of nothing.

Enid · 19/04/2006 15:14

i had this

I think infected hairy follicle

it went away

anorak · 19/04/2006 15:15

How come I can always tell it's your thread from the title ff? Grin

suzywong · 19/04/2006 15:16

here is a website devoted entirely to \link{http://homepage.ntlworld.com/a.leecy/index.html\peas in rubber gloves on your lady entrance}

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 15:18

Hair would be on the outside wouldn't it?

Because anorak i find it physically impossible to say anything but lady.

I just googled Bartolins gland and found......

Histological screening for hormone abuse in cattle, apparently cows get this when they have had too much oestrogen. thanks SW.

I have to join that chatroom now, it's just to tempting not to.

I want to be in the Bartolin Gland Support group.

suzywong · 19/04/2006 15:21

no worries, you heifer

Feistybird · 19/04/2006 15:26

Dunno, but I had them \link{http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=2200&threadid=160352\in my shed}....

Enid · 19/04/2006 15:27

yes mine was on the outside

in a hairy place

nice convo

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 15:31

I wish i'd not read that website, if i've got that it's heinous. The way they described what happened to them has made me feel ill.

My pea in a rubber glove doesn't hurt and is just a pea. If i wake up and it's a conker tomorrow i'm holding sw entirely responsible for educating my pea into what it can be capable of.

Yes Enid it's a lovely conversation, shame we're not having it at a bus stop.

Enid · 19/04/2006 15:32

don't click on the pic if easily shocked

fairyfly · 19/04/2006 15:38

God no, it's this big Shock and i have no intention of it bursting and covering my bed with blood, i'm crapping myself now.

OP posts:
suzywong · 19/04/2006 15:39

Well that shocked DH easily, he was over shoulder and got a big shock
HA

mumball · 19/04/2006 22:16

I've had that before, a couple of times, but it just went away on its own, thank god that link was very scary. Mine never went beyond pea size, but did reoccurr a few times. I didn't go to the GP was too embarassed.
